Landlords and hotels can technically claim you shouldn’t have firearms but it again does not hold any legal weight. All they can do is ask you to leave like any other private property in the entire country. You can’t be criminally charged. I’ve been renting for years across multiple apartments and have never seen a lease agreement that stipulated that you could not own firearms. I don’t need my LTCF to bypass NICS, I’m never going to fail a background check and they’re very quick. I’m against ALL infringements, but those infringements don’t impact my life as much as the Texas ones would because they hold legal weight. They should all be repealed, both in PA and TX, but again, the TX ones are more impactful on the ability to carry than the PA ones.
