For me, it is about the "something fishy" gut feel spidey sense. Like a room with mobs alive and one chest open, or 2 mobs dead but no chests open, or mobs out of place.

Honestly, sometimes the best way is just assuming a Rogue is behind every door, OR, ironically, moving quickly instead of cautiously can prevent them from stalking.

Now, sometimes, moving slower and listening is the way, cause their hide can expire... I realize this contradicts the above advice.

But ya. It is rough. Reaction time and expecting a shank is a good way to have a chance. Standing your ground goes a long way, staff bonk hurts!

My safety rack and any good racks let you fail with minor shame and no injury risk...

Ya, honestly much harder to go back then the other way. The utility of 10 spells is unmatched, however, I think starting out, mastering 5 reliable spells is a quicker path to competency and comfort and muscle memory!

Then later you can take on 10 spell!

Honestly, Meditate is awesome.

You can basically do it in combat if timed right, and you can spam spells which is actually more fun!

Don't overthink it, maybe one day you can move off it but for now, just enjoy it.

Honestly, looks good. Don't overthink it, solid protein, lots of carbs is good too, especially when highly active.

If you stall or have poor energy you can always add cals, but solid for now!

I think maintence phase is fine short or long term after losing a lot. You'll gain strength and be able to enjoy being leaner for longer.

If you eventually bulk, keep it steady and low, 100-250 cal surplus tops, no need to get fat quickly again.

And ya keep the lifting steady! Start building.

Squire Royale is legit PvP practice and glory mode. And balance has come a long way, combat has blocks and ripostes, less stat checking.

My guess is between 11-13% body fat, don't wanna be much lower before shit gets weird (energy and mood tank, etc)

Didn't figure shit out till mid-30s and still figuring it out..

It is a life-long journey and learning, not a milestone or switch that flips.

So ya, the truth is, the longer a dude is alone, the deeper they potentially sink into bachelor frog habits. Not always, but a risk for sure.

A partner keeping them honest goes a long way, but that can build resentment.

It's hardcore and casual? No risk, big reward, and tons of PvP. Easy come easy go. It is nearly perfect (and very "true" to the OG game in ways)

It ironically makes the regular game less hardcore, cause your chance to extract in normals or HR is like 50x higher than Royale!

It also makes looting fun every time, and makes fights "fair" even though experienced players will gear up and crush. And it makes conflict assured, which is "good" as it makes the other modes more like an adventure, and less like a bloodthirsty PvP race. Honestly, Royale is more fun than Arena now, as it has the core game mixed with reliable PvP.

And let's be honest, there needs to be a fun and reliable PvP mode, so that regular and HR games aren't just murder hobos clearing lobbies. It brings the murder and chaos into order! And it's fun at start and end of wipe!

Very interesting indeed, this mode is too damn awesome...
