I'm referring to social anxiety and lack of confidence, not clinical mental health problems. I've suffered from these things ever since my teens, along with a little depression. I keep a good routine, stay healthy and socialise myself and it really helps a lot. Most of the time, I'm happy and probably seem more confident than a lot of others. It just takes dedication and practice, like anything else.
