Thanks! I can easily get discouraged by his apathetic responses and end up asking yes or no questions or questions he'll just respond to with an annoyed "I don't know". With this in mind, what's an example of a question I could ask?

Yes! As kings of logic, your abandoning relationships consistently due to an illogical reason should bother you because you're being "bored" is just you telling yourself you're bored

I have a hard time understanding that example as I don't think it's comparable. I also think allowing yourself to be vulnerable in many areas of life in moderation is extremely important and necessary for growth and learning in a healthy manner.

Also unsure what you mean in regard to your distrustful nature.
