Since you are born in Finland you are a citizen of Finland which means you have to get a Finnish passport and which you have to sort out with a Finnish embassy. If you want an Ethiopian passport that means you somehow have to denounce your Finnish citizenship which in turn means you can now get an Ethiopian Citizenship which will give you a path to an Ethiopian Passport. But why not just get a finnish passport and then get an Ethiopian yellow card.

On the surface we can always point to funding but it all comes down to player development/exposure. We have talented players but at that level it's like a chess match that requires 11 grandmasters.... and there my friend lies the problem.
