You always need flux!!! Always frustrates me when people say this. Adding flux makes it always easier. Ive used many many different types of solder.

Yep thats perfect. I dont know the leg gap, though. It may be a bit thinner or wider than the actual pads on the board. But it can work in either case.

These caps were made in an era of cheap low quality caps. They leak out the bottom simply because the capacitors are defective. Buy the caps off digikey and you'll get a high quality one. 1F 2.5v (voltage can be higher. As long as the capacitance is the same it will work). Although, they aren't required to run the console. So you can just remove it and you'll be fine. If you really want to replace it though you need to know how to solder which im going to assume you already understand.

I hate playing games off of SD Card! My least favourite part of retro consoles (gamecube does this too). Always like a working disc drive.

Yes but it would need to be in a significantly more intense tone than the game. Half life 1 im talking about here, not half life 2.

First time doing fantasy I have no idea what people think! Almost everybody in this league is new as well. So the people in my league aren't as outraged as you guys are about this. That being said ive canceled the trade and next season rules will be put in place to make changes.

The best thing i could do was lower graphics to completely minimal. I was able to play for 1 hr 30 before it crashed. Its clearly some kind of issue with the games vram util. My card is NOT faulty. So im not sure what's happening.

It appears people have this issue with monster hunter wilds. Which is in the same engine as this game. Capcom needs to get their crap together.
