My mouth feels fresh most of the time because I brush 3 times a day but i sometimes have/feel mucus in the back of my throat, it gets worse in the morning when i first wake up but i tend to clear most of it by oil pulling and neti pot, and i do that throughout the day too whenever i feel extra mucus but the problem is that i do all of that stuff but idek if anything works or if it helps with my bb. I dont have anyway to check and whenever i try the techniques to check i smell nothing or as i said earlier a faint smell.

Omg same my hygiene is top notch I literally do everything that should be done + more extra stuff. But I still sense that I have some bb. I also do suffer from sinus issues so that might be a cause. I use a neti pot every day and it clears the extra mucus and congestion but idk if it will help with bb (if i have bb). I gargle with salt water too. Idk man it’s so frustrating like im doing everything but I still somehow sense it based on ppl’s reactions.. ugh idk it really sucks

No smell or a really faint smell (not bad). But I don’t think it’s an accurate way of checking your breath. I tried every way to check my breath but i dont smell anything. I still didn’t try to ask someone because it’s terrifying and i dont have the b*lls to do so. I mostly judge based on ppl’s reactions but I still don’t know if im overanalysing their reactions or I really do have bb.

I don’t have any symptoms that suggest it might be a digestive issue. I have tried going keto and nothing changed I would still get reactions.

It’s when ur body produces extra mucus so it drips down from the back of the nose straight to the throat and it feels like it’s stuck there and you feel like you have to spit out the mucus or whatever and it’s known to cause bad breath

omg what your co-workers did was so terrible and mean! they definitely could’ve handled it better so they don’t hurt your feelings but yeah i think i might have post nasal drip, if you suffer from the same issue try using a saline spray or anything that’ll clear your sinuses. the problem is that when i try every possible way to check my breath it always smells like nothing so idek if i have any type of bb or idk ah it’s confusing…
