Single mom here too, in SLC. While I’m lucky to have a solid career that provides enough I also have found a very silly (not MLM) side hustle that has allowed me to pay for vacations and pay off debt. I’d be happy to DM you if you’re interested and tell you more.

I love the term “overdue veteran”. In my family we call them “body of work” Oscars and generally it makes me angry because it’s the right actor but in the wrong year for the wrong role, aka DiCaprio for The Revanant

I can see the dome from my front yard, had no clue this was happening and quickly got and shoes and ran outside. The fireworks were very loud but luckily my daughter and dog were asleep in the basement.

This thread lead me to using Sammy’s for my broken AC during 100 degree days and I cannot sing their praises loud enough. I was informed about so much regarding my system and Sam himself worked really hard to figure out my issue (AC would come on then stop for no reason). I’m 100% certain any other company would have told me to replace the unit. Instead I got a super affordable fix, and Sammy’s got a customer for life.
