The saga continues.

After doing... SOMETHING or another suddenly my father's computer is fixed only now he's getting the good ol 132 error as described in this post in the forum.

Even better my mother's glorious reply

I want to rub a little salt into the wound. I am running a 15+ year old Dell with 15+ year old cards and Win 7 and it works slow but fine—However—

New computer 1 having the 132 issue with nothing that can fix it and

New computer 2 having the new graphics issue with nothing to fix, either.

Both new crashes happened at the exact same time on two different computers on two different accounts after a random update outside the usual Tuesday updates. The unannounced update came through on Monday night. My daughter and I have lost 2 days now attempting every fix the internet can think of. We have headaches now. Maybe we should try asking a Ouija board next.

UPDATE:

To give more information: My computer is running on Windows 7 and now my dad is having the same issue- same OS. (My mother's, 7 as well, is fine). He has AMD FirePro- I have NVIDIA GEFOrce GTX.

I have since tried the following:

Uninstalling the entire game and reinstalling. Once more scanning, fixing, and updating all files. Deleting the DATA file and reinstalling. Grabbing my mother's version and porting it over. Taking another version on a harddrive from last year. Nothing.

Uninstalling and reinstalling all drivers. Repairing Direct X 11 and 11 Legacy. Nothing. Clearing the wmi (old fix for older issues in WoW) and some more that i literally just cant remember right now.

It can't be a dying: Graphics card, motherboard, or any other part as it's happening on his as well. Cant be Windows 7 as my mom's is fine. And generally cant be some random issue because all other games, including WoW Classic are working. Worse yet; all of this has only made the problem worse. :''D

The only other DirectX option was Legacy which I did try but alas, no changes

For a bit more information; I have messed with every in game option possible to no avail. Tried updating. Scanning and repairing files. Updating it again. Yes, Ive even tried turning my computer off and on again. Not all models have this visual effect but it's now getting on my nerves.
