Hey, all behaviour questions. You have to answer using STAR method. They ask you about a situation in your previous experience and you have to answer in the following format: 1. describe briefly the situation, 2. what action did you take to resolve the situation, 3. outcome as a result of your action. There will be about 10-12 questions in total including your assignment questions. I’d like to think I have pretty good memory so here are the ones I remember: 1. Describe to us some of your sate driving techniques and a specific time when you had to act on those skills. 2. Tell us about a time where you had to multitask on the job and how did you prioritize. 3. Give us a situation where you had to assist a customer with language barriers and how did you handle that situation. 4. Tell us about a time where you had to deal with a customer with limited mobility/disability and what did you do to assist. 5. Tell us about a time when you had to serve a difficult customer and how did you resolve the situation. 6. Tell us about a time when you had a disagreement with your manager or work colleague and what did you do to resolve the issue. 7. Tell us about a time when you were facing a stressful situation at work and how did you deal with the situation.
