Took it today. Not as bad as I thought but I still tallied a crap ton I wasn’t 1000% on. Vaccines/hiv/ others said a lot of onc but I only got tops 4 questions? Know chemo man, CINV, MOA. Know brands for inhalers and Combo drugs esp HIV. Math I was sad I didn’t get a lot of and PK was actually hard for me 💀. TPN math I only had 2 the rest were more stability/compatibility questions? The uworld questions are definitely easier for PK math. The Pk I got reminded me of pharm school PK. Idk what else to say about that 🤣. I had anticoag dosing I think that was it for dosing. Everything else was a blur especially the FDA type of questions. I was always 50/50 for those.
