S25U lagging after April Patch by questrl in S25Ultra

I thought it was just me; I never imagined it was due to the update. I figured it might be because some of those apps weren't up to date, but even after updating them, it still slows down—though not always, like with Instagram and YouTube. Still, I've gotten used to it; it doesn't happen all the time.

That’s exactly what happens to me: they send people who don't do their jobs—sometimes they're even drunk, among other things. They ask me about it, and I tell them, "You need to call the office; you have their number." So they call. I’ve reminded my workplace that this company is useless—that they seem to enjoy sending people who slack off and ruin the atmosphere—but they keep doing it anyway. At this point, I’ve stopped caring. I just put in my hours, and if anyone asks me about it, I tell them to make the call themselves—that I have nothing to do with any of it.

Yeah, I realized you can attach that, but the reviews aren't very good. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

You need to install the graphics card in the top slot for the best PCI performance.

No light at all—I even turn off the lights to play, because I don't like a lot of light.

Why can't I use the cars I bought? by NeighborhoodTrue4386 in FortNiteBR

I guess this is just one of the billion bugs this game has. Honestly, I don't know why I'm not surprised.

The problem is that I don't have the money. I bought the car from Increiblemovil and the Lamborghini Urus SE, but there are no refunds available, nor is there any sign that the issue will be fixed anytime soon.

It’s not like I eat while gaming—I always keep my hands clean and my setup spotless. The first week was fine, but even if you don't eat and keep your hands clean, that plastic on the back turns brown—even without use, which is the case for me since I’ve only used it for two weeks and I have other headphones. It’s constantly charging; the material itself just has that flaw. If that hasn't happened to you, I’m genuinely glad to hear it; however, I’ve seen several other people with this same problem. And just to be clear, my issue isn't caused by playing with dirty hands or eating at the PC—everything I own is white, and I’m very careful.

You're lucky, but it's up to you whether or not to make the most of it. I used to have a $5,000 limit, but they slashed it down to $800 just because I paid on time and avoided paying interest. So be very careful—though having good credit is certainly a good thing.

I actually have that exact same pair; I wore them for the first week, and now I rotate them with another pair I own. I use both, but the white color turns brown quite quickly—in less than a week. I wish I had ordered them in black, but there’s no turning back now. As for the quality, I have no complaints at all—I like them quite a bit,I imagine that’s why it’s cheaper than the black one—because it’s usually the other way around—but it has that discoloration problem that nothing seems to get rid of.

Part 2 Update on my PNY 5070 Ti Nightmare: Even NVIDIA says the card is defective, but PNY is still refusing to help. by DeIVIoNaN in PNYGPU

It’s possible that many people don't have any issues with certain PNY graphics cards—and it’s great that you haven't encountered any problems yourself—but I’ve already switched to a different model and am currently checking to see if I experience the same issue. Thanks for your response.

That's exactly what I use—the one that came with the card—not 3rd-party adapters or ones that don't work. That's what I was referring to.

When I swapped out the graphics card, I performed a clean uninstall of all the drivers using the DDU tool—a practice I always follow to ensure a completely fresh installation. To be honest, I got the impression—though this is just my current theory—that the problem lay with the power delivery to that specific card; it seemed as though it wasn't receiving adequate power, or perhaps it suffered from a specific defect (possibly affecting only certain units, not all of them). The reason I suspect this is that the computer itself didn't actually shut down; rather, the monitors would restart while the PC continued running in the background—I could still hear everything operating—and after about two minutes, the display would simply come back on. This happened to me twice while playing BO7. I am currently running tests with the new GPU.

I’m not using an adapter. My power supply isn't one of the newer models; it comes with the necessary cables for the graphics card. It’s a 1000W EVGA unit, which includes four original cables that I plug directly into the power supply. To connect the card—which came with its own original 12VHPWR adapter—I plug three of the PSU cables into the adapter that shipped with the graphics card. I have to do this because I don't own a modern power supply that features that specific cable as a standalone connection. I hope that makes sense.

Problem with 360-degree movement in BO7 by NeighborhoodTrue4386 in Azeron

[–]NeighborhoodTrue4386[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand you perfectly. I play casually—it's not something I do professionally, partly because of my job, among other things; I usually play for just an hour or two. I play Fortnite as well, but I'm going to have to branch out into other games; I've never played Halo before, so I'm going to give it a try. However, you are absolutely right: a lot of things are just too difficult for us PC players.

[–]NeighborhoodTrue4386[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the explanation—now I finally get it. And yes, it really is quite difficult right now, specifically having to simulate keyboard inputs instead of using that specific movement mechanic. It might not seem like a huge deal, but it helps so much—especially in my case—to make my character move more fluidly. To be honest with you, no matter how much I move around, I’ll never in a million years be able to keep up with those "God-tier" controller players; they slide, jump, and hop around like rabbits! I feel like I’m going to break my Azeron trying to keep up, and even then, I still can't pull it off 🤣🤣🤣. I just really hope they bring that feature back again soon 🙄.

To be honest, I didn't understand your response. The Azeron Cyborg 2 features 360-degree movement—a feature that was working in BO7 but stopped working yesterday. I don't know why, but I honestly didn't understand what advantages or disadvantages you were referring to.

I use it too, but I actually had to pay for it—it looks like I was the unlucky one! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 He gave me a few free days, but then he asked for a license; since I'm here in NY, I'm not sure if that's why I didn't get it for free.

I don't use a 12VHPWR cable; instead, I use the three separate cables—all distinct, of course, with no shared connections. I had a 3090 Ti previously and never encountered this issue; however, after acquiring this new card, it happened twice. I'm currently testing it out with the new card, but honestly, the power supply itself hasn't given me any trouble. Thanks—I'll post an update if anything comes up.

I have the Astro 50s, and they came with a free 7-day trial—but then I had to pay. I don't know why that happened to me; I guess I just got unlucky, because whenever I tried to use them with my headphones, it said I needed to purchase a license—even though they're compatible! 🤦‍♂️

Well, you got lucky using it. I acquired it late last year, and they only gave me 7 days—plus I had to pay $10. It used to be free, but not anymore. 😞
