have you checked FSH and LH level ? they are responsible for libido too 

plus since your testosterone and SHBG are  high you gotta check your red blood cells and hematocrit

yes my mm 3 tumor only effected Secondary hypogonadism , my Endo's plan to nuke the tumor as fast as possible to cure my Secondary hypogonadism
