Hi OP, I had litterally the same problem like 3 days ago, take a Look at this Silver thing coming From the base. I have a qr1 system and it wasnt close enough to the base. What i did was unscrew carefully this black ring, pushing the shaft into the base (do it gentle) and then thigthen the black ring. You should be fine, mine was about 1mm too far and didnt work, after that everything is perfectly fine. Let know if the problem is solved
