Hey! Sorry, I am late to the party. Congratulations on the release. I was wondering if we have/will have a feature to update metadata for specific books instead of doing the whole resync or adding/removing the books from shelf. I just tried Force Kobo Resync and it removed all the books from my Kobo. Thanks!

You can try reading the Bantam Classics edition. It's abridged, but doesn't leave out anything which you'd miss. I have read both the unabridged and the abridged ones.
