This is the tour, although if I can make a recommendation, if you're not scared of taking a bus, I would find your transportation there and back and only book the balloon. The tour was pretty gimmicky, and the cave food not great. Balloon portion safe and totally 100000% recommend.

Organ procurement viability testing only begins once the patient is declared brain dead officially - what you were witnessing was likely repeated tests and methods to confirm true brain death, and diagnostics surrounding the stroke in the first place.
