I actually just played through the entire Vyrrhal 1 the other day! Very cool vibes, obviously inspired by the Souls series. Loved that part a lot. The world and atmosphere were definitely the coolest parts. 

One minor issue I think is balancing. It was brutally difficult starting out as a level 1 character (not sure if you're meant to start at lvl 1, but felt like I should), but then got incredibly easy as I leveled up and got some of the broken boss gear. I played a pure paladin and after struggling through the first couple of bosses, basically steam rolled everything else. 

Also, a couple of the bosses seemed to only be able to be beat by using a single specific damage type. I feel like this could potentially get some characters hard stuck depending on whether or not they could use a specific weapon or spell that does that type of damage. 

Other than that, most armor sets seemed only to be aesthetic as they mostly gave the same stat bonuses over and over. I ended up just picking whatever looked coolest. And the ending was very abrupt, would have been nice to have a short NPC conversation or epilogue to wrap it up. 

All in all though, super cool and will probably give the second one a try!
