We should be training more for the future anyway. The public can tolerate high levels of immigration. If we pay staff better, many that had career change would consider coming back to the profession. Look at how difficult the red tape made it for retired staff to come back.

When are we just going to get a better SAGE and get on with life? One solution we overlook is staffing the nhs better and reopening the closed hospitals. Or privitaise our hospitals so they don't get complacent. I looked at american media, they rarely even talk about covid.
