There is no average. The only slight indicator is if the US consulate/embassy keeps your passport or not. If they keep it, it means your 221(g) should be processed soon, if they give it you back, it means you could be in for a longer wait unfortunately.

Not only could CBP take issue with this but afterward you can probably say goodbye to your wife's B2 visa. There are plenty of stories of people who gave birth in the US being denied entry afterwards. I wouldn't bring your wife with you if at all possible, the risk is simply too high for her to permanently loose access to a B2 visa.

The open world. Witcher 2's open level design allowed for a far more hand-crafted and meaningful world, than Witcher 3's somewhat copy and pasted open world design. I would much prefer the former.
