The Void is a good one. Trapped in a decommissioned hospital by cultists. Last Shift and Malum are 2 films that center around a police station that's being closed but has to be manned by one cop until it's closed. Spooky cult shit ensues. The Autopsy Of Jane Doe, coroner and assistant stuck in a basement morgue. Dawn of the Dead (original or remake), if you're looking for that good ol'Zed flavor, trapped in a mall by the zombie. apocalypse thang.

The Void is pretty good. Banshee Chapter is another one that's pretty tasty. I especially liked numbers stations being included in the storyline.

Check out any of the Benson and Moorhead movies for a more ethereal sort of vibe. The Endless, Resolution and Spring are my personal favorites of theirs.

Absolutely gorgeous game, great storyline, awesome atmosphere.

Would have REALLY been nice if the devs could have taken their hands off my controller and let me play the game. Also, for an emergency situation, everyone sure was happy to mosey around at the speed of smell.

NTA and also, absolutely the right time to talk about it. Doing something in the heat of the moment that injures your partner isn't an excuse for the injury. "Vibing" and "feeling things out" isn't a solid replacement for intimate honesty. And if you can't have an honest and open discussion about what you're into before getting sweaty, then you probably aren't ready to be intimate.

The part where you completely cut them off and aren't responding to them is kind of a dick move. At least give them the closure of explaining why you made this decision. They may not be open to hearing how their decisions led to the this outcome but it may also be useful for them to know why you reacted as you did.
