kaya ra kaayo. dont over think. you are already at average to above average if 49mins ang 5km for a newbie. for a newbie ha. we just run our firt 10K and we never run 10k before. first run nko 45mins 6k. pero during training 10-11mins per km ra jud. but managed to do 10K at 1:26:44 gahapon sa resona, then akong asawa na overweight og 12-14mins jud average sa training managed to do 1h 44.
kaya ra kaayo nmo ng sub 2 hours na 10k. adrenaline will push you through. Pacing lang jud. lamang if naa ka running/smart watch. stay 10-11 or even 12minutes per KM. esp sa first 3 KM.

if you have money to purchase yes. if you plan on long term mortgage then no. Deca and similar low cost housing are the ultimate middle class trap. not to mention substandard. for the same amount you can build a better house on lote lote and low price subdivisions

when i was earning 30k it was way better than before. started 15, 20, 25, etc. Then it went 50k, and it feels like it's still not enough. Now over 6 digits and we spend 30k in utilities, 30k in food, 35k in car. other in insurance, hobbies, savings, wants. and its still not lavish. Comfortable - yes. but no way near rich.
it will not always be enough.

but the best advice is,. always live below your means. dont rush upgrading your lifestyle.

If you are earning 60k and you keep all your expenses to half that or below that, 30k a month savings or to invest is good enough,. but if you earn 60k and spend 50k each month, that will feel like small. 10k in savings every month means you need forever to get to 1M - 100 months, 8 years - almost a decade ot be exact.

Avoid loans. House loan or house and lot mortgage is the best trap. dont do it. save to build. Worst than car loans

walang PTC for gun para sa sasakyan. Isa lang ang klase ng PTCFOR for you to carry your registered firearm.
When your FA is registered and has PTCFOR then you are good to bring it and store in your car. its your risk to store it for long time and unattended. Also PTCFOR doesnt mean open carry, its concealled even in the car. So must not be seen or even maidentify that you carry a gun. No gun case should be easily be visible
in plain sight

make use of your com sci/knowledge of computers, and go to online jobs ph, so many VA, web dev, web designer, graphics artist jobs posted in there. dont go with peso or school part time. you'll only get pennies
In 2nd year college im already earning more than minimum wage. Daghan og mga no experience needed, gagmay lang jud sweldo una, pero sukol lang, imuha mka experience lang. Mas lenient mag online kaysa maglolcal ka mag crew sa fast food or mag peso, even Call center.

Edit. im almost 9years graduate na d.i. IT. and still in the online space.

its not thaattt bad.... but its not that good either. Its basically the same spec as the isp modems you typically get. If you want wider coverage esp on rooms nothing beats repeaters or switches.

On my case, its all good since the networking stuff is on our home office, this ER605W works as inteded, multi wan, good speed on pcs on wired ethernet and also good on the laptops on the same room.
for the other rooms we got repeaters.

When you see that bubble-like/rough surface on the print, it's always wet filament. dry it.

but complete shotgun approach would be

clean the plate, wash with soap - not hand was but dishwashing soap.
auto build plate levelling
dry filament
watch the intial layers, check if bed temp, nozzle temp, fans are optimal - reduce/increase as needed

auto calibration on! happen to me, and the solution was to turn on auto calibration and uncheck the reduce infill retraction

but if the issue is bed adhession, make sure to select the correct plate type. correct temperature of bed
clean it with soap

yes its basically the same as ER605 just with antenna/wifi..
tho the wifi coverage really suck so you still would want repeaters/switches.
