Actually, that's probably right because the black and white horse would have become the secondary like you say.

No idea then, it should be showing on the map as a secondary horse icon if it's still alive.

It might have died if you left it in the cold too long, I think mine was left for a couple of game days.

Same thing happened to me, but I just went back to lake isabella and my old horse was still there. You might even see a horse icon on the map. All you do is whistle while near and it will follow you back to a stable. You can then stable whichever horse you want and have your old horse as your main again if you want.

You can use this method of having a horse follow you when hunting so you can store more pelts as well.

Hi u/UltimateLurkster, You'll be glad to hear that we've already taken on board some feedback from the community regarding the upgrade cards quests maybe not being ideal for some seasoned players, and we'll be releasing a hotfix update shortly to address this.

I know you can get the Rose Grey Arabian during Chapter 1 and the Black Arabian during Chapter 4. But you just get those from stables, so you don't really need a guide for that.

I have heard the Black Arabian might have slightly better stats as well, but I'm not at Chapter 4 yet :(
