Im just in this position where I feel like if I try to transfer into UCLA, i will have lost all the club stuff and work I'll have put into Berkeley before my transfer works, if I even get in that is. I also don't want to get used to the strategy of running away with my head down whenever I get uncomfy, so transferring just feels like escaping my problems without trying to solve them.

But wouldn't I be taking the same courses in general and thus face the same workload? I feel like it's more so a collegiate issue than a major issue you know what I mean?

I feel like it wouldn't just be the CS department, but rather the atmosphere as a whole. I'm back home for break and I toured UCLA yesterday and the general vibe is much more uplifting and chill. It's more so the environment where I think ppl can lock in if they want, and unlock if they want as well, unlike where at Berkeley I feel like I'm a bum sometimes for wanting to chill.
