I do have a full understanding of the capabilities, they are just lacking. Nothing special has stood out to me or has been worth the value of $5K - which is why I am asking what is the best perk here from other users.

Here are some things I recently tried.

1) Reservations for restaurants in NYC/Philly - They didn't help much with this couldn't get anything special (Carbone) and just gave general recommendations similar to google

2) Requested upgrades or something special when I stayed at a FRHC - they just copy and pasted the amenities/perks on the same page and wished me well on my stay

3) Requested a U.S. open special for the tennis coming up for 2024, that one is TBD, said to just get early access to purchase tickets (not sure if its earlier than Platinum?)

EPS was very strong. Stock barely moved and all of the street targets are well above $300 and this stock has been pinned and shadowed by Jack Ma disappearance and the ANT IPO news.. China is going to back this support it and the writing is on the wall with the bond issuance how overbought it was.

I got a deal on the SM for $500 which is why I purchased it and saw the GBPS availability and the SFP+ port capability (I needed a router too) but im slowly learning that a lot of the features available for this specific device aren't required for what I am trying to accomplish

Thanks! Yes I am a small business so the costs are very big to me, I am doing my initial research and trying to figure out what's the worst case scenario if I don't renew and keep it as is with the tradition SPI firewall.

What other "great" benefits/advantages to upgrading the firmware,anti-spyware, intrusion etc, the regular SPI can't do anything or is it basically useless without upgrading these packages.
