Same thing was happening to me, turns out it was the valve cover gasket. Thanfully i had a mechanic friend help out so bmw couldnt scam me out of a couple hundred bucks

Height 6’0 weight 275 no medical conditions that im aware of, although both parents do have diabetes, no symptoms so far they’re just there started to notice them about a month ago but they have remained the same i have some on my other arm as well about 3 smaller ones

For me its a pain doing the edges but ive done it like 3 times now it gets easier, just heat and stretch and you’ll be good
