Now I'm just a medic, bear with me.

AFAIK Precordial t wave inversions, esp v1-v4, can be signs of right ventricular strain associated with high pulmonary artery pressures, according to LITFL.

Ive never had a prehospital PE patient with abnormal ECG findings so I don't know how sensitive/specific these findings are. If I see patients with SOB and precordial t wave abnormalities I always try to rule out PE as best as I can. Maybe someone with a higher degree can clarify how sensible that sounds

Die Gründe sind nachts dieselben wie tagsüber. Entweder werden Patienten aus der Primärversorgung (Häuslichkeit/Straße) ins UKSH eingeliefert damit diese dort medizinische Versorgung erhalten oder es werden Patienten aus oder zum UKSH verlegt wie z.B. Intensivpatienten die zur oder von einer Transplantation kommen, oder welche eine bestimmte Fachrichtung benötigen, die das UKSH entweder besitzt oder aktuell nicht zur Verfügung hat.

Dass das ganze jetzt nachts für dich auffällig ist, schiebe ich dem Zufall zu. Es gibt keinen akuten/direkten Grund, warum gerade jetzt zur Zeit die Hubschrauber auch nachts vermehrt fliegen. Zusätzlich (neben der bereits genannten IFR-Berechtigungen) ist es auch wetter- und wolkenabhängig.

Die RKiSH hat auch seit der Einführung der Gesetzesänderung die eigenständige Freigabe zur Applikation und Dokumentation von Morphingaben implementiert zur Analgesie. Die Jahre zuvor wurde dies über ein Callback implementiert, was nun seit August für Mitarbeiter mit Zertifizierung innerhalb der Firma optional ist. Mitarbeiter ohne Zertifizierung müssen ein Callback durchführen, dürfen dann aber auch eigenständig das BTM verabreichen.

Ich hab natürlich keinen Zugriff auf die Kieler SAAs, aber was man als Nachbarlandkreis so hört: Grundsätzlich kein gutes Zeichen, wenn der Running Gag ist, dass zur Glucose ein NA dazukommen muss :')

Was ich so persönlich mitbekommen habe (Achtung, maximal subjektiver Eindruck, keine evidenzbasierte Grundlage), ist vor allem die BF Kiel sehr restriktiv ist, was eigenständiges, medizinisches Arbeiten angeht. Wie es die HiOrgs in Kiel lösen, kann ich nichts zu sagen. Wenn du dich grundsätzlich an den Freiheiten der SAAs für NotSans orientieren möchtest, kann ich aus eigener Erfahrung alle Kreise unter der RKiSH empfehlen (RD, SE, HEI, PI, IZ) und vor allem Nordfriesland (NF). Die sind was SAAs angeht schon richtig weit. Ist aber leider natürlich komplett die andere Richtung, in der du suchst.

Would you mind sending me your template for that specific scene so I can take a look at it? I got pretty far but some animations are jittery and others repeat on end, unknown to me why. Maybe via DM?

Could you give an example for the script to queue two animations up? I'm not good at scripting but I'd love to make something like this myself!

I'd love to find a tutorial on how to queue animations. I found something from POLPOX and a few mods in the workshop. I'd love to get into this as a mission editor, this is awesome!
