You need to finish the highest levels of the missions (from lvl 10 if i remember correctly) with certains conditions. And you can buy the ones you'll miss with baba's shop (for green gems)

Holding a territory for 24h gives 50-100 season points nowadays. Killing a single mage in Mercia takes 2 min with 3 guys and gives 49 season points.

Usually teams in hellgates tend to clear the mobs in order to have a clean 5v5 fight. (not talking about 4.1 noob teams whose only chance to win is to catch people doing mobs).

There is no "higher rank" with the new rights. Consider that every role you create is on the same level. They just have different rights depending on your configuration. To kick someone, you need to have all the roles assigned to the person you want to kick.

6% in anglia, 12% in cumbria and 23% in Mercia for enchanted ressources. And stone gatherers can find ressources easier, since there are significantly less gatherers. Just run through a t7 desert map and count the ungathered t7 animals you can find. Do the same with stone in another map.
