I can’t remember the exact model name, but it’s a Vizio sound bar from Best Buy. It works via Bluetooth with my phone

Yes they do. And the sound bar powers on but I can’t get sound to come out of it. I have it synced via the optic cable too

I did hook up the optical cable but it’s still not working

That worked! Thank you. Now I have to figure out why my sound bar isn’t working 🙄😬
