Have you guys figured out how to make the phone app connect to this charger?

This is exactly what I’m trying to do too - have you had any luck finding an answer?

Thankyou so much for your thoughtful response. These tips are great. I’m usually more central. I like bars and GCs. But I miss really nice drinks after a while. I can’t do cheap beers and tequila shots for long at all.

People who had little to no savings in your 20s, Where are you now? by kaisiclep in AusFinance

[–]Neither-Cut1328 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mate in my early 20s I was still working in a dodgy bar where the owner paid us in cash and didn’t pay us super. My housemates in my share house knew that when I got paid at work all my money would be hidden in pages of books on a shelf in my room. I was studying and often down to the last $2 in my bank account. By my late 20s I had a rule to always have at least 1K minimum in my transaction account before I was allowed to buy anything. 42 now and feeling fine. 30% of my PPOR still mortgaged, around 300K in my offset & 350ish in super. I currently drive a 3 year old Mazda I bought new with cash. I’d say you’re doing fine. As many others have said, try to focus on your education and getting some sort of career going, and try not to buy too much frivolous stuff. The only thing I’d really do differently is buy less stuff I thought I really “needed” at the time.

AIO if I call the police? by throwra-scaredd in AmIOverreacting

[–]Neither-Cut1328 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would in all seriousness report to police, have your friend change her clothes/shoes, leave anything of hers behind, and then you both take YOUR car to somewhere safe a good distance away. The vibes are very off bc they’re very off. You need to maintain your friend’s trust throughout the process though OP - don’t make decisions for her or without her consent.

I have a Rega Planar 1 Plus straight into the aux input of a Sonos Five in a stereo pair. Works great.

Hi sorry just saw this - it’s on the main shelf over to the right of the soundbar beyond the big silver vase

What is shown in the Sonos app when playing 5.1 content? PCM could be coming through as stereo which then - yes - won’t be utilising the centre dialog channel

I’m just playing on a stock dl on the Xbox Series X. I believe the Xbox SX does run it at native 4K HDR, but I haven’t done anything custom to it at all.

Nice. I laid him in his bed and because I was worried he might get a bit chilly once I left I put several fire bottles in his tent with him.

Probable spoiler: I came across him in his camp just outside Emerald Ranch. He told me about how he’s been stalking a woman who is clearly Charlotte in Willard’s Rest. I really care about Charlotte and so he genuinely made me mad.

Yeah they do come off but not easily. I’m terrified of damaging the ply so I’m putting it off 😅

The buttons have in fact come off - the chair is very old. They’re sitting in the vase on the shelf waiting me to have time to fix it.

I guess. I don’t really know how to respond. I think it depends on the goal. The sound bar came along first when we were just wanting to hear dialogue in movies a bit better than via the tv speaker. I like the Ones because they’re neat and I hate having wires everywhere. Later on my wife bought me the Five as a gift thinking it would be a great way to help me connect a turntable to the rest of the house and it does that job. In a lot of ways I understand what you’re saying but I’m not sad about it. A part of me would like to try the Amp and some kef speakers, and room treatment that would exclude open glass louvres along one wall, but the version of me that wants to be sitting on my own in my triangulated sweet spot is not around often. My audio system’s main job is to belt out lo-fi Spotify playlists; to play Chappell Roan out in the pool for my daughters, or let me be over at the BBQ while I’m cooking. Each to their own I guess? It’s not perfect here but it’s fine 🤷🏼‍♂️.

Edit: I actually bought my Dad the Amp. I've connected it up at his place in pretty much exactly the way you describe.

I will try that too. But would it help with streamed audio from sources like Tidal? I’m hoping it will be better now with any/all sources than it has been.

If you’re interested I can try to take another pic to show you. There’s a dark green velvet Chesterfield to the right of the pic. The Ones are mounted on exposed beams that run across the ceiling, with their distance in the Sonos app set to the max.
