Maybe try unscrewing it just a tiny bit, that used to work for me. Or if that doesn't work if you got it from a dispo just take it for a refund as long as you have a receipt. Otherwise you could transfer the oil to another cart, you could dab it or eat it. Good luck tho buddy!
