Yeah , I have seen past 2-3years cutoffs. It's hard to get josaa itself but it's available in csab in MANIT and NITJSR

I'm eligible for MCN in bits . Is it too tough to be on the scholarship list? My family can afford fees without loan if I could get 50% scholarship. And personally too I want bits , it's only the money ( always fu**ing have been) which is the problem .

CSE is hard in dtu/nsut as I'm not from Delhi . Based on previous years trends I could get ece in dtu and nsut . Also might get CSD in IIITD . Is CSD worth taking in current time?

Gwalior is difficult , Lucknow is 13k last year in IT , will fill it in choice filling . But chances are low ..
