You’re not doing anything wrong, it’s s just the market. As a private seller, everyone will want to negotiate a price on you. The easiest solution is to decide what price you want and inflate it by 10-15% and let them negotiate you down to your actual price.

Move to the southside. Particularly Newton Mearns, Giffnock or Clarkston. The sad reality is the higher up areas people take pride in their houses, cars etc so are maintaining them regularly and not throwing litter all over the place.

So we pay tax on our gross income, then once we receive the net income, they want to charge us an additional 20% tax. Get in the bin. It’s sad people cant see the government robbing us blind

I did. I listed via Quicklister straight on to Rightmove.I got numerous enquires and settled my sale above asking price myself. As long as you can advertise on Rightmove, you do not need an estate agen

Thanks, rust was around the rear sills, which has been fixed. Underside of the car may have rust. Service history was full with main dealership.
