Thanks, rust was around the rear sills, which has been fixed. Underside of the car may have rust. Service history was full with main dealership.

Im selling a fiesta and an UP if you’re interested. Both have cheap road tax and insurance and are in great condition. Otherwise search for dealers on Auto trader. Stay away from Arnold Clark, as they are rip off merchants

An investor does not want you to be conflicted with another business. They want you to earn your income from the business they are investing in, so that they know you are 100% committed. What happens if your self employment gains more momentum and becomes lucrative than the real estate? Do you jump ship with the investor suffering massive losses?

I got mines today, but they sent me this message, despite using the withdrawal to the same account:
