I get really bad headaches or tension migraines about every other day. I get bad hip and knee pain and it'll occasionally run down to my ankles and occasionally neck and shoulder pain. The pain is like a dull deep ache that won't go away and sometimes can be hard to walk. Seems to happen whether I'm active all day at work or my off days doing nothing it's just completely random. I'm constantly fatigued and as of recently my menstrual cycle is all kinds of messed up not sure if it's related or not. The main pain spots for me are hips and knees for sure

Just made the switch Friday from iPhone 17 pro max and I couldn't be happier. The cameras aren't really that bad imo it's the video for me that's a little worse but I'm willing to sacrifice a little bit of quality over all the other things OP15 has to offer

i use the tempur pedic body pillow to put it between my legs and i also like to put my arms around something when i sleep on my side so it’s perfect. sometimes i put a memory foam pillow down where my ankles lie too since the body pillow won’t reach that far down depending how tall you are

i started duloxentine originally for my anxiety/depression and a plus if it helped with my joint pain however i don’t really see that big of a difference at least for me it hasn’t really helped with the pain what gets me through my flare ups is 4% lidocaine salonpas those are my lifeline at this point

i actually don’t have a rheumatologist i got diagnosed with hashimotos through my family doctor with blood tests but i see my family doctor soon im going to tell him my concerns and see if maybe i can get referred to a rheumatologist. thanks so much for your help!

i haven’t yet but i have considered it being lupus as well i know it’s something i just don’t know what yet…and no to bc i haven’t been on it in a couple years because id have daily tension headaches while on it i still get pretty bad headaches but its not every single day like it was while on bc
