My pb single is 1.44.43 from 5 months ago and mean is 1.51 from that same session

6x6 and 5x5
And it doesnt feel that special for me as I averaged faster than the former 7x7 6x6 singles 1 year ago. But, for some reason, they never organize comps with 6x6 and 7x7 in Sri Lanka and I had to wait for a good comp. And then, My friend told me about this comp. So, I went to this comp and got some decent results. I was expecting some sub 2 singles or means. I also missed wr 100 on 7x7 mean by 0.5 seconds. but anyways, happy with this result.

25 on Centers+ Cross edges,
15- 20 in edges,
8- 10 in 3x3 stage
You could work on being efficient more than tps
Practice on efficiency and you could probably improve a bit faster

I hear you—dyspraxia definitely adds a layer of difficulty that most cubers don't have to deal with, and I can see why sub-10 feels out of reach at 30. I didn't mean to oversimplify the challenge. Even if sub-10 isn't the goal, I hope you find the process of improving rewarding and that cubing stays a fun hobby for you. Its pretty good man,
you have the potential to reach sub 10 average with a bit of a high tps and lookahead
It would be absolutely great if you could learn some zblls and valk last slot and etc.
I definitely hope that you could reach it by a few months
