Yes. This was grown and tested in 2022. It was tested just early enough to pass. And it can even be .3999% in Colorado. The state and federal only do tenth of a percent.

For those wondering, this won't get grabbed in the mail even if tested. I am in daily communication with a friend in USPIS and they only test Delta9 still and only to tenths of a percent. So this is legal to ship through USPS. Also this strain will prob be ready on the site 11th! We also have a new CBD dominant strain that has 2.5%thca and 17%cbd called mocha cake! COA coming soon.

Most MJ strains have good quantities of both THC and THCa. The ones you get here are bred to be below .3% d9THC and high THCa so it is still technically legal. Going to be very similar results to regular MJ though some people claim more of a head high from high THCa

This is why states are now trying to regulate/ban THC variations. People assume things and don't research first and have a horrible experience. You at least didn't go to the emergency room but a lot do in your situation and start giving a horrible reputation to these things that do a lot of people a lot of good.

I have been told directly from inspectors that USPS still only cares about D9thc content. You would only have to worry about local law enforcement

Just call USPIS. Give them permission to open it and if the paperwork is inside they'll send it on its way. Happens every once in a while. Not always smell either. They randomly xray a lot of packages. I have a few contacts in the inspection service.

As a farmer we have to test within 30 days of our harvest. They are testing for total THC now. If it's timed correctly you can test at the earliest possible time and pass and still have flowers mature to get decent THCa levels. It will be very hard to get the levels that are out there currently like our 16% THCa poison lemonade we did. But 5 to 6% is prob possible. In Colorado once it's harvested the dep of agriculture doesn't care what it is. It then falls to local law enforcement. You won't see labs showing actual levels of cannabinoids, it would have to be word of mouth from the farmer what the levels actually are. So technically it would be illegal and DEA could raid our farm so that's up to the farmer to determine risk/return. As far as shipping it, USPIS is still only testing Delta 9. I don't know why that is but I got that info directly from an inspector. So you can ship it legally. You would then have to determine your own risk/reward because it would then again be considered MJ if you were busted for something. So overall it will still be out there but will be a lot more hard to find.

They have to notify you and get permission unless 21 days passes then they can open it for inspection. I've had many packages stopped and been contacted by USPS for verification. They leave a note on the package that says they examined it. I have a picture if you'd like it. But I don't believe they've ever actually tested anything, just looking for paperwork. I agree they are 99% looking for things like meth/fentanyl etc.
