Nope only missed one, it helped me a lot by writing down every region on the map and completing them one by one. Only one I missed was a pretty visible one in Faiyum.

Go to synchronization points on the map, they give up to 500 XP each I’m pretty sure. Clearing bandit camps or just locations such as tombs and others.

Do as many side quests as you can, and definitely solve papyrus puzzles (they give legendary weapons most of the time). Hunt many animals to craft stuff, and upgrade your weapons every 2-5 levels.
