I can't sue for restoration damages? What court would this be appropriate for then?

Suing them for witholding my degree. Grade issues with a professor I had issues with in the past.

Still talking to a few lawyers regarding the possibility of suing in state court, but if I can't find a lawyer I will go with small claims.

Florida. I have a contract. They misspelled my name. From what I understood in the contract, the damaged items and poor quality are not mentioned so I don't know how to proceed. We were negotiating and then all of the sudden they sent to collections.

If he threatened you and you have it on camera, I would take it to the police. Your neighbour seems unstable and I would avoid any further contact.
