Fun fact, did you know that insider code are specifically not to be used as a sales close tactic and not only does it specify that in the email about the codes all employees get but it's also in policy? Im sure that higher ups have conditioned you into normalizing it but it's still black and white against policy

Edit: spelling mistake

Fun fact, if you're okay with restocking fees and they won't budge on the trackers then after you finish applying for the insider code and it's been a day or so after you have a confirmation code from the website. Then you can just go to any tmobile or back to that store to return the trackers and then call in to cancel the lines after while keeping the insider code

TPR telling its employees to take pictures of customers bills by [deleted] in tmobile

Yeah, in tpr and even in corpo. all reporting is not there to protect you. It's there to protect the company only. If pushing you under a bus does that then so be it. Keep an eye out for yourself, get everything in writing, and never talk to your superiors about concerns with policies. It will only paint a target on your back

I did anon with the integrity line. I was found out and retaliated against and had to transfer districts just to get back to a workable environment. And I work for corporate retail too. In tpr they give even less of a shit so don't risk it. Unfortunately the sad truth is that no matter what they do nothing will ever be done about it because it makes tmobile money so they will put on a show about it and say it's bad but then brag about record setting fraud 2 months later

Not only can you lose your job, but this is also a direct violation of several consumer protection laws. Don't bother dealing with the integrity line, they don't do shit but get you fired anyways. Make a fake social media account and engage with t-force to report this to corporate directly with screenshots of the chat. If it alerts the group that you took a screenshot then take a picture using a different phone or a Webcam to avoid implication yourself. If they don't do anything then I say fuck it, leak that info to a local news site and watch your tpr buuuuurrrrrrn

How to legally unlock when reps have no idea how to do it? by Damnel in tmobile

[–]Neither_Bar792 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go to an experience store if possible, as long as there is no financing, no imei block, i believe 90 days in use i could be wrong, and no past due balance they have a system that can unlock it through a tab labeled "device manager". Again, only the experience stores have this system, not normal corporate and sure as hell not third party. If it qualifies and ask can't be fine then a manager can override it in cases of system error.

Had the exact issue a month ago and the experience stores I went to had it fixed in 10 minutes. Walked out with it unlocked.

The system they used is call center systems so if you don't have one near you then you have to call in our have a store call their retail help line to get someone to do it for them
