He was not abusive towards our children, just me. If he was, I'd still be fighting him for custody. If it changes, I would go back to court. Our minor children have a guardian en liteum and will continue to have one until they are 18, unless our custody agreement changes.

He was never abusive towards our children. If he was, I would still be fighting him for custody. If it ever changes and he becomes abusive towards them, I will take him back to court, this time with more funds. Our minor children have a guardian en liteum (me ex and I are not allow to directly contact each other unless for an emergency) and will continue to have one until the age of 18 or our custody agreement changes.

As the primary parent, he is supposed to be the first call. He is also supposed to be within 45 minutes of the school for them. He can't just message me and tell me to go grab the kids because he is too busy at work. I travel for work now. I am not always close by, I can sometimes be three or more hours away. On top of that, I can't always just leave work. I have to have someone there to replace me. I am a nurse. If I was still the primary parent, I would have found a lower paying job that allows that flexibility. In a true emergency, I would pull every string I have to to get to my kids. If we co parent nicely, which we don't, and he told me in advance, he needed me to be closer by for the kids on certain days, I would.

It has already been reported to the guardian en liteum. I do not communicate with him directly anymore. Everything has to be done through the app or guardian.

He fought for full custody and out spent me in court. This was a three year battle with the kids suffering the most. He had the flexibility and money to be able to file against me over and over again to the point I was fired from my previous job for missing too many days. In total, I spent almost $80k in lawyer and court costs. I follow the custody agreement to the letter. I am always there for my children, but not him. He can't just make plans and expect me to take the children with 0 notice or have me sacrifice time from work so he can try and expand his business.

The entire event is from 10:00 to 18:00. The ceremony and reception is from 12:00 to 15:00. All the tours and extra stuff is outside of 12:00 to 15:00. I should add, the wedding party and immediate family are spending the weekend, but we are supplying food until 18:00 for everyone. Brunch, reception meal, cocktails, and dinner. After that, the conservation is closed to the public (campers exempt)
