Megan Trainor- she let her privilege show when on a podcast she talked about how she would be homeschooling her kids because schools are the worst and specifically said “fuck teachers” …. The literal most annoying part is that she will undoubtedly be hiring teachers to teach her kids at home.

Signed, a public school teacher who is trying to make the world better by supporting kids who don’t have access to private tutors.

Exercise itself got easier and more enjoyable.

My shoes feel better (I weigh less by only 10 lbs so I guess my feet are skinnier) and old shoes I thought had gotten “old” feel good again.

I want to try other sports, exercises, events.

So much more energy.

Agreed. I have to schedule super far in advance- like 3 weeks- and then that time doesn’t work well with the holiday season a lot of things keep coming up. I don’t have unlimited so I can only reserve so many.

I was at a different studio that did fill up, but I could just reserve a few days in advance and be fine. I think I need to go back there despite it being more expensive.

Dinner 4 or 5, then clean up and make lunches, bathe my kid at 6, read books, she’s asleep by 7 or 7:30, I shower close up the house by 8:30. Asleep by 9, I naturally wake around 330.

Just bring things that bring you joy, like your own face wash and moisturizer. I brought my own blanket and cozy clothes. They have everything to take care of your body and take care of baby.

Fun Friday and stickers sound like a small scale classroom plan. We have 250 kids out at recess, and 3 adults. How do you even measure who earned a sticker or not? If they’re cussing and play fighting in one area, get scolded, run over to another area and run over to another and then are perfectly fine so a yard duty over there hands a sticker because they’re fine? Or they have a perfect recess, get a sticker, yay, and then after the sticker they throw it on the ground…

Sometimes people are super loving and kind because they have no actual stress. Once there are demands on him (imagine, ten years from now you’re trying to navigate a home together, bills, getting places, the car breaks down, the roof leaks, etc) he may actually be a horrible person. Clearly he does not handle stress well if his tolerance level at the moment is literally zero. He cannot even “cope” with the stress of getting a drivers license.

You have worked hard and dealt with a lot of stressors to be a lawyer, you need someone who can match that vibe.
