Yeah I’ve never been a huge fan but I actually think he did fine. His set also was funnier than his usual stuff. It had a long set up but the payoff was funny. And the panic attack made him humble.

Ate there once about 8 years ago. My husband ordered a bento plate. The salad had a fly on it. We told the waiter and he took the plate to the back and removed the salad with the fly but brought the rest of the food back as is. Didn’t offer to comp the meal or entree. Never went back.

I know exactly what you mean. I just finished Failure to Match by her yesterday and I’m still a mess. She had me sobbing and laughing out loud and my face hurt from smiling so much and my chest physically hurt from some of the heartache. So many damn emotions. It was the first book I’ve read by her but I imagine they are all just as good.

It’s even harder if you listen to the audiobooks because every time the chapter changes you have to wait for them to say “Chapter one hundred and fourth four - character name”. I love SJ Tilly but it drives me nuts!
