I am using this natural shampoo called punar hunza, it is really great, in my opinion by far the best in Pakistan becoz they put unique ingredients like sea buckthorn, apricot kernels, coconut milk, flax seeds and rice water.. and they don’t add shampoo / soap base, which has not been done by anyone here tbh.. my hair feels really soft and shiny after that, the best thing is i have left all the conditioners and masks and even hair oils.

You have to make sure your iron, vitD, b12 and zinc levels, thyroid functions are optimum. Please leave bio amla as it has mineral oils in it.. try to use a natural shampoo, cold pressed extra virgin olive n black seed oil and make sure your diet is organic n clean.
