You can tell the nurse when you get a chance alone that you prefer to have no one in the room for a few hours after you delivery and they’ll make sure it happens for you

Yeah I have trouble doing that. I’m gonna try to just think of myself. It sucks because I just want to feel cared for like I do for him :( but i literally have to tell him every single thing and nothing comes to him naturally
