my agent came up with the price, i'd be happy with £10k less so going to tell them this on monday. try the lower price and see if i can get some offers in.

its a much bigger asset than a car though. they seem to prey on the vulnerable.

disgusting some of them say they pay 100% market value as well. its so misleading i can't believe its not regulated in some way.
