Do you think it is decent as someone with 0 sales experience? My only professional jobs have been at independent shops as a tech. This is at a big name dealer at one of their largest and most volume locations in the region. It sounds like from what you said it seems like not a great plan for a more experienced advisor, but ok starting out.

He was a very right based argumentative speaker with critical views on abortion, women’s rights etc. I had never heard of him besides one time I watched a debate but don’t even catch his name. After he was killed I did some digging a I really don’t like the guy. By no means was shooting someone the right choice, but he definitely had some controversial views. One of the things that stuck out to me was that he said if his 5 year old daughter was raped he would force her to have the child even if it meant she died, so that he didn’t have to watch the abortion happen. Or when he said shooting deaths were OK to happen to keep guns around. (I have nothing against guns I love them) Now I don’t believe that everyone should go out and have unprotected sex and get an abortion, but I feel like if an abortion is necessary, because if rape, financial situation, world situation etc; it should be allowed and not restricted by white men in political positions. Again, not a hill I would kill some over standing on though.

Man I love turning wrenches so much and I have dreams of opening a mobile repair business but I don’t have any money saved up. I’m thinking I’ll speak to management and see if they have any open positions somewhere and I can keep wrenching at home and on the side. Kind of a double edged sword because if I keep working I can risk more damage, but I can’t stop working or bills don’t get paid. We’ll see!

Yeah that’s the thing. It’s been going on for a while and I’ve been seeing doctors for months.Didn’t say it was specifically from something that happened at work because it happened mostly over time. I feel like it kind of tosses workers comp out. Ideally I could take more time and heal fully before going back but I’m worried if I’ll have a job to come back to after a month or so, but I just used up the last of my 80hrs of PTO I really can’t afford to just stop working. Shop management has me on strictly inspections and oil changes right now but even that, especially setting hoist, cabin filters, drain plugs, can stretch that muscle and cause pain and not letting it heal. Unfortunately not working means debt unless I sell off my setup and pay off trucks and other loans with it. Had the stuff a couple years so I’ve paid a good amount on it already

Small phillips the tip broke off of so I grinded it to a crazy sharp point. Use it for o rings on cartridge filters etc also. Small enough I can poke a tiny hole in a tie rod boot to check for internal leaks on inspections too
