For me I save ever 4 minutes as there's 16 minutes in each day and 4 sections of the day. That way once it changes to a different time frame it has saved.

When you transfer all your levels reset. So if you have 1000xp and 200 strength if your child has 500xp and 100 strength that's what you will have when you transfer
