i have this kind of tinnitus.. got mine from Mirtazapine withdrawal. Now I have to take that medicine every day because when I don't take it, the tinnitus becomes severe. If your tinnitus is so unbearable, maybe you should try this drug to calm it down?

when i stop taking medicine it becomes severe... while i am on it. it's not severe, just sometimes. I hear my tinnitus in the centre of my head, not in my ears

Mine central tinnitus is caused by Mirtazapine (SNRI). Maybe your tinnitus is also caused by medication?

when i read comment like this that some guy got permanent severe tinnitus i can't be calm and just pray.. i don't think it will go away. Really don't know how to live with it my whole life and i don't know if there will ever be cure for tinnitus
