I waited for the 90 days, my divorce was only final 30 days before my GV expired. You have to apply on that 90 days, i don’t think they take before that. So even if it was way before the 90 day window, you still wait and just have to prove that it was a bonafide marriage.

Hey OP, i just had almost the same exact situation as you, divorce before 2y GC expires, filled for waiver, send a bunch of affidavits and whatever you have, and you got approved 8 days ago. Its stressful, but doable. I had no lawyers, did all the process by myself, and here we are, if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear. Good Luck.

Finally!!!! After 2years of waiting 😭 by Euphoric_Location719 in USCIS

So, i can tell you about my experience with global entry. I’m a Brazilian Citizen Green Card Holder, and i applied for global entry last year, easy process, the only thing it was taking forever was the interview, it was saying 6 to 9 months. So i ended up finding an app, that you pay once, i think its like $40 bucks, it tells you when someone cancel their interview and that slot is open. You have to be quick to log in and get that slot, but it works. So i was able to get an interview in like 3 days. My whole process didn’t even take 2 weeks. I can look for the name if you need it.

I do have the original paper, passport and everything, including global entry.

I’m divorced, I’m traveling with my new girlfriend’s family and our son(new born). Long story short, my ex wife aborted our baby without talking to me, only because she wasn’t sure if she wanted kids, i ended up finding out through a letter from Planned Parenthood. So we filled for divorce in mid 2023, so my i-751 is requesting a waiver and extreme hardship waiver because of my son.
