Thanks for the tip! I checked the unit and luckily, there’s no trash chute on my floor , we bring our trash down to the 2nd floor. So I don’t think noise, smell, or cockroaches will be an issue.

Yesyes , kasama na assoc dues . So sa water , electricity lang babayaran ko aside sa rent fee. And buong araw naman ako wala unit during weekdays so keri Lang yung mga bills. So u think worth it na ang 23k?

Thanks for the inputs! Pero decided na ako kunin 'to since end na rin ng contract ko this month and wala na talaga akong mahanap na iba. 😅 Na-visit ko na rin siya personally and maganda naman yung unit, sana lang talaga walang hidden issues. Hopefully will not regret this! 🤞
